Who is Momo?

Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers

The most valuable aspects of the role

🚀 You assemble all kinds of sensors, ensuring that we can always deliver.

💙 You will contribute to better care for the residents of nursing homes and reduce the workload for staff.

🔥 €2500-3500 (based on 40 hours), pension, Thursday pizza night, Friday afternoon drinks, team activities, travel allowance and opportunities to grow where you want.

📌 You will work 5 days a week in our production area in Delft.

These are your responsibilities

As a production tiger, you make sure that there is enough stock at all times of all the different sensors we supply to healthcare organizations. This way care workers can be confident that they will never run out. In addition, you will be working weekly to improve all current production processes.

• The procurement of all the different parts and components needed for (the assembly of) different sensors.
• Optimize and scale all current production processes so that we can double in numbers each year.
• We're always looking for ways to make things better, whether it's our processes, products, colleagues, or ourselves!

Who are you?

You are enthusiastic, curious and you are eager to bang in a hardworking team. You cope well with change and like to think in terms of improvements.

• No experience required; above all, you are eager to learn.
• You like a hands-on approach! You like to get your hands dirty and want to make things better all the time.
• You are proficient in English & Dutch.
• Minimun of 4 days per week (32hrs) available
